We operate with integrity, abide by business ethics, and comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations where we operate, including the anti-corruption laws of the People's Republic of China, the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States and the Bribery Act of 2010 of the United Kingdom. Conduct business ethically and do not seek to exert undue influence over others, directly or indirectly, by paying or offering bribes of any kind.
Liown Semiconductor will take active and effective measures and management systems to prevent commercial corruption. Liown Semiconductor requires all new employees of Liown Semiconductor to comply with the "Liown Integrity and Self-discipline Management Regulations", requiring all employees or entities and individuals engaged in business conduct on behalf of Liown Semiconductor to not, in any direct or indirect way, bribe government officials or other third party entities and individuals to obtain business opportunities. If suppliers, agents, consultants and other business partners (hereinafter referred to as "partners") make the above behavior to Liown Semiconductor employees for the same purpose, the employees must refuse and report to the company, the company has a "Liown integrity and self-discipline reporting system" and "Liown Integrity and self-discipline reporting incentives". When conducting business cooperation with partners, Liown Semiconductor requires the partners to also comply with Liown Semiconductor's anti-corruption statement and restrict their behavior through the terms of agreement and corresponding procedures.
