Responsibility Policy - Code of Conduct for Employees


I.The Company and its production personnel, auxiliary personnel, management personnel, full-time technical personnel shall not engage in the following acts when engaged in production, technology and service activities:


      ((1) divulging technical and trade secrets of customers and service objects;


      ((2) Forging, altering, transferring or renting qualification certificates;


      ((3) engaging in production and technical service activities beyond the scope of qualification certificate business;


      ((4) producing false or inaccurate test reports;


      ((5) subcontracting production and technical service projects;


      ((6) Unauthorized changes and simplification of production and technical service procedures and related content;


      ((7) taking unfair means of competition, deliberately belittling or denigrating other production technical service institutions;


      ((8) Other illegal acts prescribed by laws and regulations;


      (9) Full-time technical personnel may not take part-time jobs in other companies.

In the daily work of the company, there are some contents related to commercial activities, including equipment purchase, maintenance and repair, raw material procurement and other charges, etc. The company makes the following anti-commercial bribery measures according to its own work characteristics:
